Also, be sure to speak with a customer service representative who works for the company. Find out their location and phone number. And, always keep a paper trail. Print out the receipts, record the URL, and always keep the confirmation number. Electric scooters can be a pricey purchase. Protect that purchase by doing your research prior to your purchase.

A word to the wise: Whatever you decide to do, do not purchase a cheap electric scooter. You will be sorry. Try to stick with the name-brand scooters, such as Go-Ped, Badsey, GT, and Rad2Go. And, avoid all of those shady sellers that sell cheap knock-offs of the original models. Look, you pay for what you get when you purchase a scooter. If it seems too good to be true, trust us, it usually is.
